| Requires a minimum of 1200 mm distance between mounting brackets for full freestanding functionality. Use supplied brackets or Bushwakka-approved heavy-duty adjustable T-brackets to ensure correct fitment and maintain warranty compliance. |

| Note: Bushwakka Adventure Gear reserves the right to deny a Warranty Claim if correct mounting distances or load-rated brackets are not used. We recommend supplied or approved brackets (ALL Accessories → Mounting Brackets) to remain within warranty parameters. |
Warranty & General Care
- Wind Damage Not Covered: We do not recommend using your awning in adverse weather conditions.
- 12-Month Structural Warranty: Covers manufacturing and material defects only. Incorrect use or mounting is excluded.
- Consumer Rights: For major structural failures, we will replace or refund at our discretion. For minor issues, we'll work with you on the best solution to keep your awning in top condition.
- Correct Mounting: Correct mounting and load-rated brackets are required for warranty coverage. Bushwakka Adventure Gear reserves the right to deny a warranty claim if the recommended mounting distances or approved brackets (supplied, Bushwakka alternatives under ALL Accessories > Mounting Brackets, or outlined in our Fitting Advice) are not used.

Care Tips:
- Open zippers fully before folding the bag to avoid stress on the zipper.
- Roll up the awning tightly to minimise movement during travel and prevent rubbing and holes in the canvas.
- Use lanolin spray on brackets to protect against surface rust.
- Apply canvas reproofer spray to maintain waterproofing.
- Check bolts regularly, as they may loosen during travel.
Freight & Delivery Information
- If you request "safe drop" delivery, Bushwakka cannot accept responsibility for freight damage or theft after delivery.
- Always inspect the box before signing. If there is visible damage, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
- Please check all parts once your awning arrives. If anything is missing, let us know promptly so we can resolve it.
- Inspect items immediately upon delivery. Report visible damage or missing components within 7 days of receipt. Internal defects or functional issues must be reported within 14 days.
Fitting Advice
- Bushwakka reserves the right to deny a warranty claim if your awning is not mounted with load-rated brackets.
- We highly recommend using the supplied brackets, which are included or
Bushwakka-approved alternatives and options listed in our Fitting Advice.
