    Constructed with a supportive 21D solid sponge core and a durable polyester pongee base, the mattress offers the perfect balance of comfort, durability, and long-lasting performance. Precision manufacturing ensures even welded seams, smooth valve operation, and reliable air retention.

    Included with every mattress is a 12V rechargeable air pump featuring USB-C charging, allowing you to inflate or deflate the mattress in approximately 2 minutes. The quick inflation system makes camp setup and pack-down faster than ever.

    To maximise the lifespan of your mattress, we recommend fully deflating the mattress whenever the rooftop tent is closed and not in use.

    Like all inflatable products, air expands as temperatures increase. During travel and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, the temperature inside a closed rooftop tent can rise significantly, potentially placing excessive stress on seams, welds, valves, and internal air chambers.

    • Do not store the mattress fully inflated inside a closed rooftop tent
    • Reduce air pressure before closing the tent for transport or storage
    • Check mattress firmness before use and adjust inflation as required
    • Avoid over-inflation
    • Allow the mattress to cool before adding additional air if exposed to high temperatures

    Failure to follow these recommendations may reduce the lifespan of the mattress and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

    Warranty Information

    Bushwakka-branded products are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty starting from the dispatch date. This covers defects in materials and workmanship only and does not include:

    • Damage due to improper use or modifications
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage caused by adverse conditions (e.g., weather)

    Freight & Delivery Information

    Inspect Before Accepting: Always inspect the package BEFORE accepting it from the courier. If there is any visible damage (dents, tears, crushed corners, wet marks, etc.), DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE. Contact us immediately.

    Ownership Transfers Immediately: As soon as you accept and sign for the package from the courier, responsibility transfers to you. Bushwakka is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs after delivery.

    Check Contents Promptly: Inspect all items within 7 days of delivery. Report any missing or damaged parts immediately. Claims reported after 14 days may not be accepted due to difficulty determining the cause of damage.

    Safe Drop Policy: If you request "safe drop" delivery (leaving package unattended), Bushwakka cannot accept responsibility for freight damage or theft after delivery.
