However, please note that the plastic handle should not be placed in the dishwasher as it could be damaged by the heat. Wash the plastic handle manually with mild soap and water. Storing the basket in the provided sturdy canvas bag will protect it when not in use and ensure it remains in pristine condition.

Bushwakka-branded products are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty starting from the dispatch date. This covers defects in materials and workmanship only and does not include:

Freight & Delivery Information
Inspect Before Accepting: Always inspect the package BEFORE accepting it from the courier. If there is any visible damage (dents, tears, crushed corners, wet marks, etc.), DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE. Contact us immediately.
Ownership Transfers Immediately: As soon as you accept and sign for the package from the courier, responsibility transfers to you. Bushwakka is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs after delivery.
Check Contents Promptly: Inspect all items within 7 days of delivery. Report any missing or damaged parts immediately. Claims reported after 14 days may not be accepted due to difficulty determining the cause of damage.
Safe Drop Policy: If you request "safe drop" delivery (leaving package unattended), Bushwakka cannot accept responsibility for freight damage or theft after delivery.
