Little heads up, the polymer that it is made out of is a very tough material that has some flexibility. But when it does fail, it cracks rather than deforming. Please ensure the screws are done up firmly without over tightening them.

Freight & Delivery Information
Inspect Before Accepting: Always inspect the package BEFORE accepting it from the courier. If there is any visible damage (dents, tears, crushed corners, wet marks, etc.), DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE. Contact us immediately.
Ownership Transfers Immediately: As soon as you accept and sign for the package from the courier, responsibility transfers to you. Bushwakka is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs after delivery.
Check Contents Promptly: Inspect all items within 7 days of delivery. Report any missing or damaged parts immediately. Claims reported after 14 days may not be accepted due to difficulty determining the cause of damage.
Safe Drop Policy: If you request "safe drop" delivery (leaving package unattended), Bushwakka cannot accept responsibility for freight damage or theft after delivery.
