And the quickest way to, firstly, burn the bottom of your food, and secondly, turn the heat right down quickly thereafter, is by smothering the hot coals with the solid base of a pot or pan.
The heat of a fire is especially hard to control for outdoor cooking. Unlike in your kitchen at home, you can’t exactly turn the heat of an outdoor campfire down to a “simmer” or a “slow boil”. It’s either on hot or on HELL!
That’s where our Fire Trivet comes in VERY handy. Using the extreme strength and durability of 304 Stainless Steel, this wok burner-style Fire Trivet sets your dishes, pots, woks and pans above the hot coals – not directly on top – allowing good airflow underneath and even distribution of heat for an evenly cooked meal.
With 3 fold-out legs to help keep it steady on uneven surfaces, the trivet stands at 120mm high when standing up and folds almost flat when it’s back inside its handy canvas bag.

Warranty Information
Bushwakka-branded products are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty starting from the dispatch date. This covers defects in materials and workmanship only and does not include:
- Damage due to improper use or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by adverse conditions (e.g., weather)

Freight & Delivery Information
Inspect Before Accepting: Always inspect the package BEFORE accepting it from the courier. If there is any visible damage (dents, tears, crushed corners, wet marks, etc.), DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE. Contact us immediately.
Ownership Transfers Immediately: As soon as you accept and sign for the package from the courier, responsibility transfers to you. Bushwakka is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs after delivery.
Check Contents Promptly: Inspect all items within 7 days of delivery. Report any missing or damaged parts immediately. Claims reported after 14 days may not be accepted due to difficulty determining the cause of damage.
Safe Drop Policy: If you request "safe drop" delivery (leaving package unattended), Bushwakka cannot accept responsibility for freight damage or theft after delivery.
